As we prepare for an amazing school year, we ask all families to help us ensure a safe and efficient arrival and dismissal each day. Please review the following procedures:
🌞 Morning Arrival
Students may be dropped off beginning at the designated arrival time.
Use the car rider line and remain in your vehicle at all times.
Pull forward as far as possible before allowing your child to exit the vehicle.
Students should be ready to exit quickly from the passenger side of the vehicle.
For safety reasons, do not drop students off in parking lots or along the roadway.
Please follow all staff directions and traffic flow patterns.
🌙 Afternoon Dismissal
Have your car rider tag visible each day during pickup.
Use the designated car rider line and remain in your vehicle.
Follow the traffic pattern and pull forward when directed by staff.
For the safety of all students, parents should not walk up to the dismissal area to pick up car riders.
Students will only be released to authorized individuals listed in school records.
🚸 Transportation Changes
Transportation changes should be submitted in writing or communicated to the school office before the designated cutoff time.
Last-minute transportation changes may not be accommodated due to student safety concerns.
🚌 Bus Riders
Students should be at their bus stop on time each morning.
Parents are encouraged to be present at the bus stop in the afternoon, especially for younger students.
❤️ Safety First
The first few weeks of school may require additional patience as everyone learns the procedures. By working together and following these guidelines, we can ensure a safe and smooth arrival and dismissal process for all students.
Thank you for your cooperation and partnership. We are looking forward to a fantastic school year with our Meadowlake Mustangs! 🐴💙 #MeadowlakeMustangs #BackToSchool #SafetyFirst
