🎀 Red Ribbon & Anti-Bullying Week at Meadowlake Elementary 🎀
Next week, our students will join schools across the nation in celebrating Red Ribbon Week and Anti-Bullying Week! These important events teach our children about making safe, healthy choices and treating others with kindness and respect.
✨ What’s happening:
Daily activities focused on kindness, respect, and safety
Fun dress-up days and themed lessons
Opportunities for students to pledge against bullying
We encourage parents and guardians to talk with your children about kindness, empathy, and standing up for others. Together, we can make our school a safe and welcoming place for everyone!

Today, during lunch, we presented our Top Banana Attendance Award to the class with the best attendance for the month of September. We had a K-2 winner and a 3-5 winner. Congratulations to Ms. Barbour and Coach Nelson's homeroom classes! October is a new month to win! Whose class will get the Top Banana next??

Yesterday in PE, we got to use the giant rainbow parachute—lifting it high, shaking it fast, and even making popcorn with bouncy balls flying!
✨ Working together as a team, we made the parachute float like a cloud, wiggle like waves, and create a colorful tent to hide under.
