I graduated from The University of South Alabama with a Bachelor's in Finance in 2001 and a Master's in Elementary Education in 2009.

I have been teaching since 2010, and at Meadowlake since 2014. In 2018, I was given the opportunity to leave the classroom and become the PE teacher at Meadowlake. I LOVE my job! I love getting to watch the students learn new skills and be excited to come to my class every day.

My husband and I have 4 kids (Andy, Allie, Cooper, and Cohen). We love to travel. My goal is to visit all 50 states before my youngest son graduates high school. I love sports and watching Cooper perform in Musical Theatre. 

In my free time, I love to read and watch my favorite shows on Netflix. I also love to eat!! Some of my favorite restaurants are Briquette's, Bonefish, Bayou Seafood, and San Miguel.
