Please follow all carline procedures:
Stay in your car
Please have your car tag hanging on mirror
We have staff that will assist with helping your student in/out of vehicle.
Please be working with your student to open/close car doors and buckle/unbuckle seat belts
Please pull all the way up to the next car in front of you when entering car line.
Please remain in your car until staff tells you to unload. This is for the safety of our students.
If you are walking your student in on the first day, please park in the side parking lot, not in front of the school in the car line.
Reminder for hanging car tags: Names facing out until you get your child, then turn around or take down once you have your student in your vehicle.
Take in-- 7:40am
Tardy Bell-- 8:00am
Dismissal-- 3:00pm

NO Snack sales the first week. We will have snack time, but you will need to send it to school with your student.
Parents are allowed to walk their student in on the first day of school ONLY.
Label all jackets, lunch boxes and any other personal belongings.
Ice Cream is ONLY sold on Fridays, beginning August 21. $2.

As we prepare for an amazing school year, we ask all families to help us ensure a safe and efficient arrival and dismissal each day. Please review the following procedures:
🌞 Morning Arrival
Students may be dropped off beginning at the designated arrival time.
Use the car rider line and remain in your vehicle at all times.
Pull forward as far as possible before allowing your child to exit the vehicle.
Students should be ready to exit quickly from the passenger side of the vehicle.
For safety reasons, do not drop students off in parking lots or along the roadway.
Please follow all staff directions and traffic flow patterns.
🌙 Afternoon Dismissal
Have your car rider tag visible each day during pickup.
Use the designated car rider line and remain in your vehicle.
Follow the traffic pattern and pull forward when directed by staff.
For the safety of all students, parents should not walk up to the dismissal area to pick up car riders.
Students will only be released to authorized individuals listed in school records.
🚸 Transportation Changes
Transportation changes should be submitted in writing or communicated to the school office before the designated cutoff time.
Last-minute transportation changes may not be accommodated due to student safety concerns.
🚌 Bus Riders
Students should be at their bus stop on time each morning.
Parents are encouraged to be present at the bus stop in the afternoon, especially for younger students.

The first few weeks of school may require additional patience as everyone learns the procedures. By working together and following these guidelines, we can ensure a safe and smooth arrival and dismissal process for all students.

As we get ready to welcome our amazing staff back for a new school year, we'd love your help in stocking the Meadowlake staff lounge with snacks, drinks, and other goodies to keep them energized and appreciated!
Items like individually wrapped snacks, coffee, bottled water, soft drinks, granola bars, chips, candy, K-Cups, paper products, and other treats are greatly appreciated.

We can't wait to welcome our Mustangs at Meet the Teacher on Thursday, August 6th! To ensure your child is assigned to a class and appears on a teacher's roster, registration must be completed before Meet the Teacher.
⏰ Tomorrow is the LAST day for in-person registration. If your child is not fully registered, they will not be placed on a class roster for Meet the Teacher.
Please note: ❗ No registrations or proof of residency documents will be accepted on Thursday during Meet the Teacher.
If you still need to register your child, please visit the school tomorrow during registration hours 10-12. We look forward to seeing all of our families on Thursday and kicking off an amazing school year! 💙🐴 #MeadowlakeMustangs #MeetTheTeacher
