What an INCREDIBLE night at Meadowlake Elementary! Our Mustang families showed up ready to read, solve, count, and learn together — and the energy was AMAZING! 🐎💛
From hands-on math games ➕ to cozy reading moments 📖, our students loved showing off their skills while learning side-by-side with their families. There’s nothing better than seeing our Mustangs shine! 🌟

Learners in Ms. Draper's 4th grade Reading class were comparing and contrasting Pourquoi stories. Students worked in groups to find both similarities and differences within the stories, and then presented their findings to the class. Students in Ms. Wingard's 3rd grade are actively practicing 2-step problems using a hopscotch course, operation generator, and beanbags. First, students toss the beanbag and hop to their first factor. Then toss and hop to their second factor and multiply. After calculating the product, students toss the number generator to either add or subtract a third factor. After the active portion of this center, students must record and solve their equations, making sure to use parentheses to represent the first step in the equation. We are so proud of our Mustangs! Keep up the great work!
